ONLINE CLASSES
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we have switched the 1st hour of every class to a hybrid of online/in-person class format. The change was unexpected but the results have been amazing. Students have found that online training has lead them to more progress both physically and mentally in ways they had not experienced before. The classes have a more intense focus on forms and conditioning and the workouts are longer with less downtime. The online format has also proven to be a great way to connect with people and fight the anxiety that comes with isolation.
